The Evolution of the Brand
Kimberly and I have run our Real Estate team throughout the last couple of years when our Dad, Ron Phinney, and Broker of Record became terminally ill.
As a Family, we have all chipped in when needed and managed all aspects of the business from the ground up. The one thing we are so grateful for is a strong work ethic, integrity in reputation, resilience at all times, and customer focus.
We do not take for granted what was built by the best mentors in this business. It goes without saying that our mother, Loretta Phinney is truly a legend in this industry and we couldn’t be prouder of her ongoing accomplishment and outstanding sales performance.
We are equally thankful to our father, Ron Phinney, who instilled in us the resilience and growth mindset that “all things are possible”! Our focus continues to be on our Clients which has consistently led us in technology/marketing and sales achievement.
In the last two years, we placed #1 in Mississauga and #1 for Oakville for Dollar volume, and #3 nationally for Royal LePage, which employs 19,400 sales representatives.
Over the next few weeks, we will be launching our new web platform to support sales and service and you will notice improved offices reflecting our new branding.
We are so thankful for our clients, our team, and our colleagues in the business. Each one of you has been so supportive of our growth and achievement. We appreciate each one of you and look forward to supporting you the best that we can!
