Stacy Shipp has been with the Phinney Real Estate team for 8+ years now and has become one of their most active sales representatives in the area.  Stacy has built a successful business through her strong work ethic and has personally transacted $100M+ in sales in recent years. 

While Stacy has resided in the South Mississauga area for 20+ years and considers herself an expert in that market, she was born and raised in Toronto and has helped families buy and sell homes from Stoney Creek to Uxbridge, allowing her to build an extensive knowledge of many communities.

Stacy prides herself in her strong work ethic, integrity (always!), and professionalism.  She is known for going above and beyond for her clients consistently, whether that be for a luxury listing or a lease transaction you can expect the same level of service and attention to detail. 

Stacy also loves her job which is evident when you meet her, enjoys getting to know her clients and has developed many long standing relationships as a result.

Prior to her career in real estate, Stacy spent over 13 years in the technology and semi-conductor industries in executive roles at AMD Inc. and IBM Canada where she managed teams in Canada and the US.  She also holds a Bachelor of Administrative & Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario.   

Stacy believes that her extensive business background, education and attention to detail make her an asset to the company, team and most importantly, her clients.

Stacy currently resides in the Lorne Park area with her husband and two children.  She is a very active member of the community and can often be seen volunteering her time with organizations in both the Mississauga & Oakville areas where her children go to school and are active in sports.
