In addition, she’s held a Senior Analyst role in Management in her former Company and she remains very analytical in her approach to studying sales trends, visual presentation of marketing material, what attributes best impact sales and the market she is selling in.

Kimberly is currently a weekly radio contributor on Real Estate on CHIN FM (100.7) radio where she updates listeners on various real estate topics affecting the current market, things to know when selling or buying, mortgage information and different government benefits/legislation, etc.

She has a keen eye for decor and is an experienced renovator and at one time managed the Staging component for the Loretta Phinney Team.
When looking at a home she often can make suggestions that others may overlook and knows that small changes can often make a big impact. She is ready to offer assistance and guidance.
Kimberly is client-focused, analytical and an excellent writer and negotiator. She has so many record sales achievements, for properties she represents.
She is active in support to the Community having sat on the board of Mississauga Heritage, is a Top-10 percent donor to Royal LePage’s Shelter Foundation and various Charities supporting Human Trafficking. She has always been a Community supporter in the area of Arts & Culture.
Kimberly has studied in the area of Social Science at York University and has various certificates from Sheridan College and most recently involved in Social Media studies at Cornell University.
