Jessica is a licensed Broker with over 20 years experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Born in Ottawa, she has lived in Montreal and Toronto, The Beaches, The Annex, Little Italy and Mississauga. Jessica started her career in Commercial Real Estate as a Tenant Broker for National Retailers. She was responsible for their real estate needs across Canada and the USA. Then as Director of Real Estate for a national retailer and part of the Management team, she was able to grow the business by adding over 80 new stores the first year.
To further her career, she received her Certified Leasing Specialist designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers. And she successfully managed mall expansions and construction.
With a passion for real estate and helping people it was a natural transition to add residential real estate to her practice. She is committed to her clients and understands the importance of buying, selling and investing in real estate. Her clients love her dedication, knowledge, professionalism and honesty.
As a member of the Phinney Real Estate Team she is able to provide both residential and commercial real estate services to her clients including resale, retail, restaurant, office, industrial, land and cottage sales all with extraordinary service.
